Equipment service FAQ
1. How long is the service queue ?
- First come first served. However, we can estimate the service time upon delivery.
2. Can I book service in advance?
- Unfortunately we are unable to take advance bookings.
3. Do I choose full or basic service?
- Our staff can help you to choose which service is needed.
4. Can I collect skis next day?
- Yes. We can store your skis over night.
5. If I bring skis in the evening, shall I get then the next morning?
- We aim to service (basic) your skis as soon we can. If you deliver them to us before 5 pm, they will be ready following morning. If you bring them after 5 pm, they should be ready midday.
